A place where art, theatre, and music coexist and mutually influence one another. Emphasizing both the relationship between artistic and educational practices, while also focusing on the experience of the arts through exhibitions, screenings, concerts, and performances, the center hosts higher education projects and offers a range of activities, workshops, and meetings tailored to both school audiences and adults.

From a collaboration with the Centro Conservazione e Restauro La Venaria Reale and with the Office of Ecclesiastical Cultural Heritage of the Diocese of Piacenza-Bobbio, an unprecedented dialogue between Berlinde de Bruyckere and Carol Rama around an important work from the heritage of the diocesan collections.

In collaboration with the Office of Ecclesiastical Cultural Heritage of the Diocese of Piacenza-Bobbio, the third act of a series dedicated to lesser-known works from the collections of museums in Piacenza in dialogue with contemporary artists. By engaging with new ceramic sculptures and drawings created by the artist, sacred objects find a novel framework of meaning.

Un monologo sussurrato, intimo e doloroso ha restituito il senso della rivoluzione di Basaglia, che portò dialogo e rispetto laddove erano di casa camicie di forza, elettroshock e altre forme di violenza.

The building
Former Enel Plant
XNL is the name of the space that draws inspiration from the last use of the building. Until the nineties it houses the offices of the national italian electricity company Enel.
La Fondazione
FOR CONTEMPORARY ARTS
Palazzo XNL today belongs to the Piacenza and Vigevano Foundation, which turns it into a place of culture for the different languages of contemporary art.
